CalCare™ 190C biobased surfactant is a clear, 40% solids, nonionic surfactant that is derived from renewable, biomass feedstocks and is produced via sustainable production methods.
It is compatible over a wide pH range with other anionic, nonionic, and amphoteric surfactants, and other formula ingredients like builders, polymers, and solvents.
Overview
CalCare™ 190C has excellent wetting, surface tension and foaming properties, which make it the surfactant of choice for a wide variety of personal care (PC) applications such as body washes and shampoo formulations. It performs well under a range of conditions like water hardness, temperature, and in the presence of commonly used emollients and emulsifiers.
CalCare™ 190C biobased surfactant can be used alone or in combination with other anionic, nonionic, and amphoteric surfactants.
